We are not career consultants. We are operators and implementers.
We have an experience and successful track record of more than 20 years in managing P.E. backed companies and we have had the GM, COO and CEO seat experience in a truly global environment. This gives us the ability to have an holistic view of a company and to be able to provide the most effective support to a CEO in charge.
We have been acting in many different industries, all industrial mid-cap in B2B and with up to 1.000 + people.
Due to the very nature of those assignments (8 assignments in those 20 years), we have faced and solved many crisis and many challenges. We have worked in complex environments and always with ambitious agendas. We always succeeded to grow those companies while at the same time improving their profitability.
This variety has provided us a huge operational and management experience as we had to go through many different and complex courses of events.
Moreover it helped us to hone many specific skills as well as extend our networks on a world-wide basis.
Now we want to share our experience, as ex-CEO of PE backed companies, with those in charge in the same environment for the success of all the stakeholders.
