Michel Peruch is the founder and CEO of Rosemount Executive Management.
He has served as Executive Senior Manager, Director, GM, COO and CEO in several PE backed companies since 20 years and has been involved with M&A, Sales and Marketing, R&D, New Business Development, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Costing and Quality giving him a truly holistic view of what a company is.
He has worked exclusively for industrial companies serving the Automotive, Defence, FCDG & FMDG, the Electro-technical / Electronics industries and many others.
Among the 8 missions held during that period, 6 had to start with a turnaround to reposition the business and all were followed by a strong and profitable growth. Most of the assignments were, from the start, international while during the last 10 years those assignments were truly global.
Those assignments have included starting green-field investments in Mexico, USA, Central Europe, South-Africa and China.
He has forged solid alliance and partnerships, at the highest level, with leading global groups as tier-one automotive suppliers or other well-known leading global industrial groups as well as with many suppliers in all regions of the world.
He has a Master in Engineering Sc. degree in Electro-Mechanical and is also an alumnus of the Harvard Business School (AMP).
He still enjoys developing himself in many executive education programmes in the world top business schools to get new insights and remain at the edge of the latest knowledge.
He speaks fluently 4 languages (French, English, Dutch and Italian), has more than 10 years experience with applying Lean Manufacturing and has been trained in the USA with ex-Toyota experts in 1999.
Michel Peruch is currently following a programme for becoming an ICF certified coach.
